The run around

So, for the last two days Brent has been going to offices to get our permanent residency cards. Let's just say he is getting the run around literally. Yesterday he went to some office and he found out that they can't find our files. They recently moved to a new office and some files are at the old and some at the new. Anyway, we can't get these cards until they find them. Today he went to one office waited an hour and then they told him it was the wrong office. They told him to go to a different office and wait an hour to be told that was the wrong office. He went to 3 different offices before being told he needed to go back to one of the previous offices. He went back there and saw that there were double the amount of people in line and decided to try again tomorrow. I think I won't complain about the DMV anymore.
